Job description / Role

From a team of 10 in 2005 to a strength of 600+ employees at present. Al Wataniya Concrete has come a long way. Yet the growth has just begun, from four stations at present with more on the way, we present you the opportunity to directly play an active role in the modernization of Qatar.

We are fortunate to have been awarded a string of projects at present due to our credible past performances which put simply necessitates our production demands to be tripled over the next 3 years.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the proper placement of raw materials in the correct storage areas.
2. Responsible for controlling the movement of vehicles inside the plant.
3. Make sure that the vehicle goes to the washing areas after end of production.
4. Make sure that employees in the yard under his supervision are complying with safety rules and regulations.
5. Coordinates with the safety officer to make sure that the plant is complying with the local environment regulations and report violations.
6. Collaborate with workers and managers to solve work-related problems.
7. Review work throughout the work process and at completion to ensure that it has been performed properly.
8. Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staff for effective performance of activities and response to fluctuating workloads.
9. Inform designated employees or departments of items loaded or problems encountered.
10. Perform other assigned task as required.

Requirements

Qualifications:
1. Secondary school or Technical diploma or equivalent in car maintenance and repair.
2. Preferred three (3) year work experience as a Yard Foreman.
3. Excel in technical knowledge and can manage client resources.

Skills:
1. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills both English and Arabic is a plus.
2. Knowledgeable of construction processes and have a strong personal command and leadership.
