Forensic Investigator

Job description / Role

A leading bank in Abu Dhabi is on the lookout for a Forensics Investigator to join their team.


Key Accountabilities of the role:
- Managing and ensuring that all cases received are comprehensively investigated to achieve conclusive results
- Maintain credibility by ensuring that all investigations are conducted in accordance with Forensic methodologies
- Managing and/or investigating complex financial related crimes
- Ensuring that all investigations are completed timeously and to the satisfaction of the bank
- Coordinating all Forensic efforts with all relevant stakeholders - e.g Central Bank, Internal Audit, Fraud Risk Management and Law Enforcement Authorities
- Liaising with CB and law enforcement agencies
- Collaborating Forensic investigation efforts with the business

Requirements

Specialist skills / Technical knowledge required for this role:
- CA of Degree in Finance with strong investigation experience (previous investigation experience in complex financial related crimes would be an advantage)
- Proven people management experience

Previous experience:
- 5+ yrs knowledge and experience in the investigation of white collar / economic crime (including reactive investigations and proactive strategies)
