Due to continued success in the country we are now seeking an experienced Forensic Planning Expert to join our already established team in Oman.

The Forensic Planning Expert is responsible for forensic delay analysis, acting as a witness of fact, leading a team of planning managers to deliver quantum analysis and interrogation of baseline schedules, critical path analysis, organising and directing the timely completion of complex reports, other written materials, and oral reports for dissemination to clients management team, and coordinates activities with the clients project manager, engineer, other divisions, and departments.

The Forensic Planning Experts responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Interfacing on a daily basis with the clients management team and project manager.
- Reporting on the integrity of main contractor schedules.
- Delivering weekly status updates on quantum analysis. Providing weekly delay analysis.
- Carrying out studies into scheduling, manning and material flow as needed.
- Acting as a witness of fact. Attending offsite meetings as requested by the client.
- Contributing as required to arbitration proceedings as part of the clients team. Deliver the anaylsis of time related claims.
- Ensuring that each planning manager runs his or her section to the highest professional standards, that all information is current, and that every member of the team is receiving the information he or she needs to fulfil their responsibilities.
- Analysis of the project master schedules. Interrogation of consultant or contractor schedule reviews. Schedule claims analysis.
- Establishing and maintaining consistent and adequate administration procedures, in their field. These procedures will be followed across the project by the respective planners working under the construction managers.
- Providing information, technical support and guidance for the planners working under the construction managers.

Requirements

- Must have a engineering degree from the relevant field (Bachelor Degree of Engineering)
- Must possess 15 years of total experience and experience in UAE 5 years
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision.
- Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
