Job description / Role
Job Purpose
Move goods/pallets from one place to another within the warehouse with the help of the Forklift Machine.
Major Accountabilities
- Drive the Forklift Machine, unload incoming consignments and load outgoing shipments in a safe manner.
- Ensure that the pallets are moved from one place to another without dropping or damaging them.
- Liaise with the Storekeeper to implement the First In, First Out process.
- Assist in the maintenance of vehicles and carry out minor repairs.
- Ensure the personal and colleagues safety by the correct use of forklift machines.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations regarding food safety.
Requirements
- Secondary School education with reasonable communication skills in English.
- Valid UAE Forklift driving license.
- Expected Salary 2500 AED per month + Overtime + Ticket once a year to home country + Medical Insurance.
- Ideally, 1-year previous experience is required as Forklift Operator in FMCG Industry
