Job description / Role
We are looking for Formworks Engineers to work for a Formwork Company in Qatar
Job Role:
- Analyse structural drawings given by clients
- Implement formwork solution as per the instructions of the Sales Engineer, Team Leader or Senior Planning Engineer
- Propose the most economical and best technical solution
- Conduct basic static calculations
- Produce material list, offer drawings and shop drawings
- Assist the Sales Engineer with site visits
- Coordinate with clients for technical issues
- Work together with other involved departments (Operations, Site Supervisors, Project Coordinator)
- Consider availability of material in the design stage
- Communicate with Sales Department in absence of Team Leader
Requirements
- Technical/Civil Engineering Qualification
- CAD knowledge
- Formwork knowledge preferable
- Excellent English skills
- Basic IT knowledge
- Team player with good communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision
- Willingness to work overtime if required
