Job description / Role
A well established and highly successful retail business is looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Franchise Executive to support its F&B operations in GCC.
Main Responsibilites:
* Assist the Franchise Manager in managing franchisee relationships, motivate them and share best operational practices to ensure performance.
* Devise strategy for expansion of franchise network (geographies, concepts, etc.).
* Meet potential partners and work with Business development/Strategy manager to determine feasibility of partnership; assist in location identification if required.
* Negotiate and close franchise deals with partners.
Requirements
* The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in F&B industry, with at least 1-2 years of experience in managing franchises.
* Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or equivalent.
