Franchise Manager

Job description / Role

A luxury retail group with operations across the Middle East are seeking a Franchise Manager. This person will be responsible for developing and managing franchises across the MENA region.

Responsibilities:

- Managing operations of all franchise stores (standards, merchandising, stock, brand image, customer service etc)

- Business development- meeting potential retail partners and identifying market opportunities across MENA

- Negotiate and close franchise deals with partners

- Directly reporting to the General Manager

- B2B Sales

Requirements

- Experienced background in sales, marketing & business development

- Strong retail network across the Middle East

- Luxury retail experience is an advantage

- Successful track record in delivering sales targets

- Flexibility to travel (including Saudi Arabia)

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
