Job description / Role
The Manager for Franchise Operations will be responsible for managing the relationship with 30 franchise stores, ensuring that the group strategy is delivered, sales targets are communicated and profit figures are reported. You will be responsible for developing and handling the franchise and distribution business operation in the Middle East region, coordinate and manage all franchise related tasks between franchisees and franchisor, assist operating support functions on financial and legal issues and implement a marketing strategy.
Requirements
If you would like to be considered for this role, you should have experience of managing franchisees in retail, ideally fashion and be competent in understanding and communicating strategy.
Experience in regional consolidation and analysis of the Middle East market is also desirable, as is a connection with shopping mall operators.
