Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading organisation in the UAE, is currently seeking a Fraud Investigator for their growing team in Dubai.

As a Fraud Investigator, your role is to assist the Manager / Head Fraud Prevention & Investigations in the area of fraud prevention; and conduct investigations of known or suspect criminal acts perpetrated against company. Also, you are expected to assist in the development and implementation of fraud prevention programmes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain of the companys policy on fraud. Develop and coordinate implementation and maintenance of fraud prevention processes and programmes across the group.
- Assist in conducting investigation of all suspected and acts of fraud perpetrated against the group companies.
- Maintain processes for investigating, documenting and reporting on incidents of fraud with effective report writing skills.
- Conduct fraud awareness and prevention training and educational programmes.
- Research, analyse and recommend measure to reduce fraud related risks to which business activities are exposed.
- Develop knowledge and information exchange network with other financial institutions.
- Manage relationships with regulators, judicial and law enforcement authorities on matters of fraud and fraud prevention.

Requirements

- Relevant professional qualification with background in investigating financial/ corporate frauds with preferable exposure to banking and financial services.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services or a forensic accounting or financial audits or similar environment performing financial/ corporate fraud investigations.
- High level of investigatory experience
- Superior communications and report writing skills
- Ability to work independently self motivated
- Strong decision making skills; sound judgement and analytical skills
- Exposure to legal and law enforcement
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical and numerate
- Female candidate will be preferred.
