Job description / Role
To detect, minimize and prevent all types of Fraud in the operation, by utilizing some Fraud Management tool and requested Reports and through own experienceData Availability For Fraud System
*Daily alarms investigations.
*Daily data generated for each control.
*Ensure the availability of all data sources required for Fraud system
Customer Behavior
*Look at various HUR (High Usage Report) and investigate risk pattern.
*Daily alarms investigations.
*Use test lines to replicate fraud/ abuse scenarios.
*Understand the customer behavior by analyzing /investigating multiple Revenue Stream to identify fraudulent cases and stop them
Reporting on Fraudulent Activities
*Daily alarms investigations generated by Fraud Tools.
*Identify and discover all new fraud scenarios that stems out fraud alarms.
*Discover any new gaps / data limitations.
*Report on Fraudulent activities within the operation (subscription, Dealers, internal, Usage, interconnect..) to identify weaknesses, leakages and produce the report to upper management for action
Follow Up on Reported Issues
*Daily follow up on raised issues with different department departments till closure.
*Weekly & monthly meeting with technical & commercial team.
*Follow up on reported issues identified by Fraud team or other departments to ensure proper action.
Analysis
*This is the outcome of the daily fraud investigations.
*New product released to the market.
*Analyze processes affecting company Revenue and work to install proper controls to minimize fraudulent behavior.
Requirements

Telecom
Knowledge and Experience:
*Min 2 -4 years' experience with (2) years in the field of communications
*Fraud preventions & identifications.
*BSC IT & Databases as well as MS office ( excel )
Education and Certification Requirements:
* A bachelor degree in IT, Statistics
