Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a large locally operated organisation with several subsidiary. They focus on construction, Engineering, Maintenance, Travel, Real Estate and so on.

One division of their company is wanting to focus on a short term project to completely re-organise their their company compensation, benefits and grading structure which needs immediate attention.

This is an exciting opportunity which may lead to other project work within the same client.

In this role, being able to understand the client needs and deliver on their expectations is essential so your communication skills will be outstanding as will your client management.

Working both on and off site to fully establish what is required and deliver the project, this will mean you MUST be located in the UAE and possess a vehicle to drive to the client site.

Requirements

To be successful you will need to be immediately available to take on the project as it will start after Eid.

Be flexible to work full days if required for the duration of the project.

Have a strong background in compensation and benefits and have established systems for large companies.

UAE Experience and knowledge.
