Freelance Senior Finance - Part Time or Full Time Short Term Contract

Salary: Up to 230 Per Hour
Duration: 1 month or more
Start: Immediate after Eid

Our client is a well known trading company who has been in Dubai for the past 25 years.

Due to streamlining their processes they are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to come in and review the current productivity, processes, and systems in their Finance Team and provide a full review of this to the Management along with recommendations for change.

Your ability to communicate verbally and in writing at a management level will be essential as well as being able to communicate and understand the challenges faced by those in the existing finance team.

At the beginning of the project you will provide a plan as to how to proceed with the project and then at the end of each week you will be asked to provide the Directors with a clearly written report which will outline the findings of the week. At the end of the first month the client is expecting a complete review of the department and what needs to be done.

This is a sensitive project where you will have experience in treading lightly with others as personality conflicts and fears may be raised. Your ability to manage these allying any issues as they come up will be essential and your main role will be to assist the department become more efficient and be able to move through the work better.

While this project may be short term initially there is every chance that it could be longer depending on the work involved.

Requirements

To be Successful for this role:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Finance Degree
- MBA Preferred
- 20 years or more experience
- Trading background
- Implementation of processes and Systems
- System migration ERP expert
- Have some exposure to an ERP/Tally preferable
- Western candidate preferred
