Job description / Role
We are looking to recruit an experienced Freight Coordinator to join our expanding team within Al Futtaim Logistics. The main purpose of the role is to effectively handle sea freight documentation and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely sea freight operations procedures. Contact carriers for freight management, filing and execution of shipment.
The main responsibilities of the role are the efficient handling of customer service while coordinating with internal and external clients; to ensure accuracy in the billing of invoices, costing, posting of data entry in the Al Futtaim in house system EDI; to ensure all clients rates are updated for internal and external customs and filed methodically.

- 3 - 5 years as a Freight Coordinator

- Knowledge about Middle East Port & Customs regulations & Excellence in Customer Service.
