Freight Forwarding Manager - Logistics - Algeria

Our client is a recognized shipping agency and port organization in the region and they are seeking a Freight Forwarding Manager to help set up a freight forwarding structure to offer a wide range of freight forwarding services such as seafreight, project cargo and airfreight. Key role responsibilities:

The Freight Forwarding Manager will help expand into Freight Forwarding taking advantage of the support of the Freight Forwarding division.

Set up a Freight Forwarding structure able to offer a wide range of services to the Algerian market and to foreign companies established in Algeria.

Manage the operations for the freight forwarding business and report directly to the Managing Director.

Requirements

- Ideal candidates will possess 10 years experience in Freight Forwarding and Project Cargo operations
- Deep knowledge of Algerian market in freight forwarding, logistic vendors, customs
- Fluent in French language
