French Speaking Contracts Advisor - Morocco / Civil, Infrastructure ex

Job description / Role

My client is a leading Civil & Marine contractor, with notable projects on their portfolio they have become one of the largest contractors within the MENA region, they have recently been awarded 2 projects in morocco as well as KSA, UAE and Qatar. They are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager for a Marine & Civil project in Casablanca Morocco.

Requirements

The ideal applicant would have a minimum of 7+ years experience as either a Senior QS / Contracts Administrator / Advisor, you will also would have worked on Civil or Infrastructure projects, experience on Marine projects would be advantageous. Candidates must have a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying or another related degree. You must also possess a proven track record of experiences in the FIDIC Construction and EPC Contract Forms, Proven track record with demonstrable handle of claims, variations & EOTs, interim & final accounts and contract closeouts and able to interface with Regional Management and Project Team and subcontractors.

The contracts are all in French so it is VITAL that applicants are fluent in the language ie, reading, writing and speaking, if not then your application will be rejected.
