Employment: Full Time

Our client, a fast growing organization based in Dubai, is looking for a dynamic and experienced French Speaking PA / Office Manager to assist the CEO and manage the day to day office activities.

You must be fluent in English and French.

Job Description:
- Act as a point of contact for members of the Executive Team, determine the importance and urgency of all enquiries and dealing with them or routing them through the most appropriate person for response
- Manage an effective diary system for the CEO and arranging appointments.
- Organize meetings and taking minutes
- Frequent Travel Arrangements
- Undertake project administration and management support such as PowerPoint presentations or reports
- Assist with external meetings and events as required
- Excellent in correspondence for both oral and written skills
- Organize and coordinate the writing and sending of information
- Handling records and following up for the MDS personal project and coordinating with the subordinates

Requirements

- Solid experience in a PA/Office Manager role, particularly supporting Senior Management Executive.
- Fluent in English and French is a must
- Can work independently with minimum supervision
- Capacity to understand the business needs and prioritize
- Experience with government authorities and Immigration
- Confident and competent use of Microsoft Office
- Experience in drafting letters and presentations
