Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

* Managing the reception area
* Answering phone calls in a polite manner
* Receiving faxes and dispatching them to the concerned department
* Supporting the executive office whenever required
* Any other related duty that should arise

Requirements

* Experience in customer service
* Fluent Arabic Speaker
* Courteous, presentable
* Office based in Jebel Ali and hence should be OK with the location before applying
* Should be able to multitask
* Should be able to effectively solve problems
