The Role


Charterhouse Partnership is currently working with a Dubai Hospital who is recruiting a Front Office Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will liaise closely with all hospital departments and will be responsible for managing the employee roster as well as presenting potential overtime requirements to staff. You will be required to manage all employee leave requests and ensure that the annual leave schedule is adhered to and requests have been authorised in advance.

You will be responsible for all employee relations as well as the orientation and training of new staff according to company and department procedures. Maintaining a system of regular competency assessments with periodic benchmarking will be required and you should ensure that performance reviews are completed for all staff and that timely feedback is given. You will be responsible for managing performance issues and undertaking swift corrective actions where required.

The successful candidate will ensure that policies and procedures of the hospital are communicated clearly to staff as well as any relevant information and daily updates. You will maintain files on all members of staff and will be required to continuously update personal information, performance reviews, corrective measures and all training records.

Requirements


The ideal candidate should be western educated with at least five years experience in a similar role. You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record working within the UAE and the ability to speak fluent English is required.
