Job description / Role
- Should be able to handle check-in/check-out
- Handle cash transactions and cashiering
- Handle client inquiries and complaints
- Have good knowledge of overall hotel operations
- Good knowledge of Front Office Operations
- Work on Opera system
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a GSA or Front Office Agent in a 4/5 star international hotel chain
- Friendly personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Be able to work with different nationalities
- Presentable and professional
