Employment: Full Time

- Knowledge of overall hotel operation
- Well versed with front office operation for a 4/5 star hotel
- Experience in handling guest complaints
- Experience in handling check-in and check-out
- Ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communicator and motivator
- Be able to handle a difficult situation independently
- Problem solving skills
- Knowledge of night audit

Requirements

- Min. 3 years experience as a senior Guest Service Agent or FO Supervisor in a 4/5 star international hotel chain
- Diploma/degree in Hotel Management
- Knowledge of Opera system
- Friendly personality
- Presentable and professional
- Excellent communication skills
