Employment: Full Time

Functional Consultant (ERP/CRM) is required by a large conglomerate in the UAE. The rapidly growing organisation is looking to hire an experienced consultant to be a part of their dynamic and diverse team.

Main Job Purpose:

Assist the organization in implementing and supporting ERP and CRM Applications, while working along with the Project managers and other consultants.

Essential Job Results:

• Implements the suite software in a dynamic and creative environment and conducts training to various stakeholders
• Executes innovative project plans by training all stakeholders on new business process and/or system changes.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.

Requirements
• At least 5+ years of hands on experience implementing and supporting ERP and CRM software.
• Experienced in large data migration
• Good knowledge of various modules such as financials, projects, contracts and EAM.
• Conceptual understanding of 3rd party applications.
• Knowledge of financial services front and back office operations
• Experience in software training and implementation a big plus.
• Technical knowledge of SAP/Microsoft Dynamics/Oracle. Previous experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 would be advantageous.

• Understanding and technical skills of Microsoft SharePoint a benefit

Education/Training
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in accounting, finance, software development
• Real estate property management accounting highly preferred with an understanding of GAAP, IFRS and consolidations in a multi-entity real estate environment.
• CPA, CA, CFA qualifications a benefit
