Functional Coordinator – Procurement

Due to continued expansion and growth we now require a Functional Coordinator – Procurement, based in the Middle East.

Responsibilities:
- To carry out procurement related functional tasks efficiently and economically to the requirement of the Company and the Client.

Reports:
- Prepare and pre-analyze for RPRM (Regional Procurement Manager) review.
- Trend Reports
- Training Registers
- VA Country
- Status VA
- Project Specific PaMMS Usage
- Quarter Reports
- Operational KPI Reports

Vendors:
Declarations – keep up-dated and close out outstandingRegister – maintain Vendor DatabaseAssessments and Pre-qualifications - coordinateAnnual Purge – propose to RPRM for approval and conduct
Purchases:
Country Vendor Alliances – PPE – Stationery – Consumables – Small Tools – Bulk Products – Administrative – Labor Brokers. Maintain, add to and negotiate for RPRM to finalize.One-time Head Office/OH and Administrative Purchases – negotiate and place within LLoAsAssist RPRM with project kick-off/front-end purchasing.
Others:
Coordinate BWFs for RPRM sign-offCoordinate BAS 1 and 2s for RPRM sign-offCoordinate QA Audit close-out findings and reportCoordinate IA Audit close-out findings under direction of RPRMCoordinate PaMMS and IMS WODsPaMMS and Procedural TrainingPaMMS Administration and User/Project Set-upAttend and represent RPRM AT Country Management Meetings.
Assist in preparation of procurement pre-qualification packs for RPRM to support Proposals.
Education and skills
