Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This role is responsible for delivery of various planning, reporting and assurance tasks under a standard planning and performance management framework in Procurement and Supply Chain Management (PSCM). It enables the delivery of a 'single source of truth' to produce high quality Performance Management (PM) outputs to drive performance improvement
* Support Deployed FPM Lead in the implementation of a standard planning and performance management (PPM) framework incorporating the outputs from the MI Simplification work stream through working collaboratively with Central FPM team and GPO, GWO, GOO and MM&WH FPM Teams
* Based on the scorecard & other output requirements of the PPM framework produce inputs from deployed teams, data flow and expected data quality assurance
* Deliver various FPM reporting, planning and data quality assurance tasks ensuring regional view and consistency of data at the source of reporting based on systems deployed in their region, taking into account total reporting perimeter (spend, contracts, suppliers, etc.) in that region across all Sub-Functions
* Support Deployed FPM Lead in delivering a standard MI database through aligning inputs, tools & templates from all deployed teams
* Following guidance from respective Deployed FPM Lead provide FPM support for Regional Directors and ensure quality and timely delivery
* Engage with peers and other stakeholders in the region and PSCM in order to deliver high-quality results
* Provide recommendations to the Deployed FPM Lead on continuous improvement of data reporting and measurement
* Support Deployed FPM Lead in delivering other regional FPM tasks and projects

Requirements

* University degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or Supply Chain / Procurement, advanced degree such as MBA is preferred.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a planning performance management, commercial or finance role developing metrics, scorecards and budgets (GFO)
* Demonstrated ability to provide insights and recommend interventions that drive business and / or functional performance and generate value
* Skilled at leading through complexity, executing projects in multi-stakeholder, multi-discipline, multi-cultural environments, with regional and country-specific issues and challenges
* Working knowledge of systems such as Ariba OneSource, Backbone SAP and software tools such as Excel, Access, Powerpoint, etc.
* Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple disciplines, cultures and geographies, across organizational boundaries and levels within BP and with suppliers.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with senior management.
