The RoleThe RoleFund Manager - Hospitality Reporting to the CEO and to the Fund’s Board, the position will be responsible for: Developing the Fund’s business through identifying the most appropriate investments; Strong management of the Fund’s investments and activities: Establishing the fund structure, managing fund raising and client relationship; Reviewing new deals by orchestrating the due diligence process, making sure new deals fit the Fund’s acquisition strategy, closing deals; Financial management of Fund’s investments; Legal and Administrative management of the Fund’s investments; Reporting: Board, Investor, Lender, CMA; Recruit and supervise a team of investment managers for the Fund’s properties. Will ideally suit candidates with GCC fund Management experience. Understanding of Portfolio Management methodologies. Familiar with the CMA/SAMA and other external agencies’ regulations, as applicable to the corporate activities of the company. |
RequirementsRequirementsIdeal candidates will need to have minimum 5 years Fund Management experience with a proven performance track record. Excellent command of both English and Arabic Understanding of Portfolio Management methodologies.
