The RoleThe RoleBased in: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Reporting to: Chief Asset Management Officer Managing: Fund Financial Analyst, Fund Accountant Job Summary: Responsible for Managing the Product Development Function’s all related policies and processes, including all activities related to product development as well as all contractual relationship of management clients’ assets. Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Strategic • Develops Product Development Function’s strategies, business plans and budgets in accordance with the companies overall strategic intent and direction. • Reviews Product Development Function’s policies and processes inline with all regulation requirements to control all related activities within the company Capital. Operational • Conducts business impact analysis of industry, business, or regulatory developments with Risk & Compliance requirements. • Directs product development activities by all aspects including financials, market research, etc. • Maintains close coordination with bank, brokers and Operations Division, and resolves any issues resulting from investment deals. • Obtains the necessary mandates and documentation prior to commencing the contractual relationship of management clients’ assets. • Oversees the management of investment fund according to investment strategy. • Develops and services comprehensive personal financial relationships within consumer target market through a professional sales effort. • Consults with clients to maximize their service usage and investment opportunities and monitor client portfolio to ensure profitability. • Ensures retention of existing clients by providing them with accurate, timely and extensive information on the companies Capital products / services. • Ensures adequate controls are in place and operating effectively to mitigate the risks in investment operations. • Ensures reconciliation with the Back Office and reports any error, client dispute or customer account deficit. • Monitors and updates the management with details of incidents of significant reportable events, complaints, claims, errors, and rule breaches. People Management • Provides guidance and leadership to all Product Development members to ensure effective and efficient flow of work, and help them recognize their fundamental role in their functions. • Monitors the adherence of Product Development employees to the companies guidelines, policies and processes. • Conducts annual performance appraisal to review direct subordinate performance, carries out disciplinary meetings when needed and recommends salary adjustments and rewards based on their performance. |
