Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Design, develop and deliver training programs to the companys customers, strategic partners and employees. All training must be aligned to corporate objectives and business plans to ensure the companys pre-eminent position as the market leader and solution provider in ME.

Job Accountabilities:
- Training: Conduct regular classroom, e Learning and onsite training to increase staff efficiency, product dependence and GDS loyalty.
- Consultancy: Associate with business needs, recommend products with the objective of maximizing cross-sell/up-sell opportunities for the companys. Conduct workshops or focused training to retain/increase market share and revenue.
- Training Needs Analysis: Responsible for TNA to ensure resulting programs remain relevant, up-to-date, and accurate to achieve the companys objective of being at the leading edge of technology.
- Knowledge Management: Regularly evaluate course content and training methods to ensure correct marketing pitch is used to maintain our competitive advantage.
- Develop pre-course and alternate learning materials to enable staff members to prepare themselves prior to attending the courses.
- Continuous Learning: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all the companys products and services; attend training classes as appropriate.

Other Job Related Information:
- Promote online training tools to all customers to provide cost effective training solutions.
- Be willing to travel extensively
- Create and maintain training material in local language
