Job description / Role
- Increase market share through regular sales and marketing efforts.
- Establish and Achievement of Sales and Profitability Goals.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with cooperative members, other cooperatives, and the business community.
- Select, supervise, and support the employee team.
- Develop and communicate cooperative goals and results to all personnel.
- Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the company.
- Support and facilitate development and implementation of strategic plans.
- Plan and administer the company's annual budget and keep cost in control.
- Train the marketing team for prospective client meetings, presentations, etc.
- Responsible for the Public relations efforts.
- Supervise Marketing Assistant, Client Services Administrator, Communications Manager and Regional Marketing Managers.
- Manage day to day activity with sales marketing and maintenance team.
- Ensure all customers receive courteous and efficient service from all employees.
Requirements
- Post Graduate of Engineering courses
- Minimum of 7 years executive experience in Sales and Marketing in the field of machinery and equipment
- Any Nationality
- Bi-lingual, Arabic-English language skills
