The Role


The Role


To provide supervision, direction, and quality control of personnel and activities according to policies, rules, and regulations of the company and General Organisation for Social insurance (GOSI).

Areas of Responsibility (AOR)
1.Manage and Record all GOSI Subscription transactions and transactions for New Hire and terminated for Almarai employees.
2.Ensure all employees’ information on GOSI is matching the employees’ information on SAP.
3.Ensure the calculation of GOSI Subscription is correct and make sure the payment will be paid on time.
4.Ensure all GOSI data is always available and updated in SAP on daily basis.
5.Keep a copy of all generated and approved reports.
6.Managing relationship & communication with GOSI
7.Manage the registration of the accident claims and work injury report and follow-up with GOSI until they close the case.
8. Coordinate with GCC HR-Teams for any GOSI related issues.
9.Manage GOSI team to make sure they deliver the services on time with high quality standard, and monitor the actual progress of orders against the expected forecast.
10.Maintain and operate an effective system for the recording of all transaction and make the relevant changes as defined by the Admin Services Manager

Qualifications:

•Ability to communicate in Arabic ( written & spoken ) and in English ( written & spoken )
•Business administration graduate in trade or business school.
•Must have knowledge in word processing, spreadsheets, power point, photo shop and other pertinent software essential in carrying out day-to-day requirement of his superiors.
•Knowledge of basic office procedures and operation of office equipment and machines.
•Business letter writing and basic report preparation techniques.

Experience:

•At least five (5) years working experience in Administration and GOSI regulations.
•Extensive experience in preparing reports and presentations
•Extensive experience in rendering high profile services.
•Extensive experience in handling administrative and HR matters
•Handled positions of trust involving confidentiality of information in any form
•At least two (2) years working experience in managerial position.
