Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

To take responsibility for GSAM work flow relating to CDD, Sanctions approvals for transactions, monitoring of Excess reports and Overdues statements; assist GSAM RMs with follow up on clients.
- To assist GSAM RMs with work relating to CDD, AML and Sanctions approvals to facilitate transactions for recovery in GSAM accounts.
- To assist RMs with file maintenance, downgrade process for accounts transferred to GSAM; routine correspondence relating to GSAM accounts, change of RM code, Credit Grade etc.
- To assist the GSAM RM with oversight on and management of GSAM SME accounts.
- To monitor excess reports and overdues statements and highlight variances with regard to GSAM policy to facilitate appropriate approvals.
- Prepare periodical returns for the department for onward submission to financial reporting as assigned by Head GSAM
- Any and other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor(s).
