Job description / Role
The successful applicant is responsible for quality assurance testing of HHP in real network for end users. He will be also responsible for testing, reviewing and managing all local contents of Samsung Applications.
Key Objectives:
Conducting field test (Radio and Audio performance test, S/W verification) on new mobile handset. In addition, Supporting the local testing members in the Middle East.
Ensure that the installation, repair of all kinds of mobiles and related products are carried out as per standards and schedule to enhance customer satisfaction.
Provides customer support
Should be aware of troubleshooting techniques, maintenance procedures and customer handling
Should have analytical approach and well versed with telecom environment
Maintain and improve our test cases
Requirements
Qualifications
• Experience, Education and Licensure
Must be native Arabic speaker
Bachelor’s degree(majored in electronics) and minimum 1 year work experience in mobile application development or test
Technology skills around mobile handsets
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Possess a basic understanding of Window Mobile, Symbian or other Mobile platforms
High self motivation and ability to work alone, managing own work and setting sensible priorities according to perceived requirements
Good at planning and able to meet the testing schedules
Good PC skills (PC/Mac/MS-Dos/OS/2 and the confident use of applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access etc.)
Approachable, flexible, team orientated and self assertive where requires
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
Must be a team player and willing to adapt to change
