Job description / Role
For a leading company in Jeddah, we are looking for staff with previous Airport Systems Integration experience.
Experience and Skills required:
• Good working knowledge within telecommunications industry in a wireless product development environment, either in satellite communications or cellular.
• Extensive knowledge of both C and C++
• Ability to specify and employ common real-time embedded test equipment to debug and profile software on a target
• A good system-level understanding of wireless communications systems is essential, from RF/Layer 1 up to protocol layers.
• Knowledge of one or more of the following protocols is also required:
• Radio access protocols such as GSM, GPRS, UMTS, TETRA, Wi-Fi or Inmarsat
• Network and interface protocols such as TCP/IP, Ethernet and ISDN
• Experience in object-oriented design of sophisticated real-time embedded communications systems is of particular interest.
Applicants MUST be willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
