The RoleThe RoleProject Global Select are now short listing Gas Fitters / Gas Engineers for the domestic residential housing sector to carry our installation of gas boiler work. This requirement will see the newly appointed candidates joining a large successful team operating throughout UK and Ireland and specializing in the domestic heating and energy sectors. • Completion of installation and service work and associated paperwork relating to the completion of gas boiler services to the domestic / residential occupied housing market • Delivery of daily productivity target • All service work to be completed in line with procedures and all health and safety procedures to be observed and adhered to • Available for all work for a set period of 37¾ hours per week • Any other work deemed necessary by the company as directed through the Service manager • Dealing with the general public in a professional manner and maintaining the corporate image (wearing uniform provided) • Undertake all training as required by the organisation and assist with training other members of staff as required |
RequirementsRequirements• Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing qualification are desirable • Proven experience in gas appliance servicing, repair and/or installation • Minimum of 3 years experience in the Irish and/ UK sector • Excellent communication skills • Ability to use own initiative • A full current UK/ Irish manual driving license essential |
