Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, an active investment firm, Swisslinx Middle East is currently seeking a General Counsel for their offices in Abu Dhabi.
In this role, the General Counsel will be in charge of all legal matters relating to real estate, procurement, financing, corporate law, employment law, and sports, commercial and intellectual property. In addition, you will also act as the Company Secretary.
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in the UAE
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of the UAE rules and regulations
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written; Arabic preferred
- Bachelors degree or postgraduate degree in Law
