Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse Partnership is working with a leading company in Dubai who urgently require a General Counsel to join their offices. Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for all legal activities within this rapidly growing business and will manage a team of Legal Counsels and Paralegals.

Your key responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing commercial and corporate contracts, monitoring regulatory issues as well as identifying and recommending loopholes with regards to relevant regulations. In addition you will be preparing and maintaining corporate legal documents and identifying potential IP disputes.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity you should possess a minimum of ten years PQE and hold a bachelors Degree in law. You should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of commercial and corporate law and will come from a background in broadcasting or media. You will have good communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are preferred but not essential. Some travel is required to Saudi with this role.
