General Ledger - Accountant - Finance

General Ledger - Accountant - Finance - Cairo Festival City - AFGRE - Cairo, Egypt

We are seeking to hire a General Ledger - Accountant within Cairo Festival City Finance team, whom will ensure accurate business reporting by adhering to robust closing activities, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing.
- Monthly balance sheet and P & L Fluctuation Analysis.
- Inter-company transactions and reconciliations.
- Interface with management in various departments, including engineering, sales operations, IT and legal.
- Balance sheet accounts reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and compliance to internal policies.

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in any Financial discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Job-Specific Skills:
- Previous General Ledger experience.
- Strong understanding of setting up and organizing database and spread sheets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/MS Projects).
- Previous SAP experience.
- Excellent English language skills (written / spoken).
