Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

* To Supervise and carry out the maintenance and repair of Adnoc owned Offices, Depots and Service stations in Northern Emirates related to the Civil and MEP disciplines including Carpentry and painting works. To control and coordinate third party contractors work related to services maintenance in accordance with standard Contracts and Price Agreements.
* Allocates daily work to a team of technicians as per a planned Preventive maintenance schedule relating to civil and MEP works including carpentry and painting in all Service Stations, Depots and Adnoc facilities in Northern Emirate locations.
* Works to a set schedule with established priorities. Provides on the job supervision of technicians and conducts inspections at site to monitor work progress and completions.
* Responsible to utilize technical expertise in providing troubleshooting of problems on a day to day basis.
* Prepares scope of work and Bill of material requirements and Cost estimation for all types of civil works at service stations and other facilities which are done by in-house personnel and 3rd party contractors.
* Ensures maximum utilization of resources and analyses cost effectiveness of material and manpower. Works within the allocated annual budget and assists in preparation of budget estimates.
* Carries out inspection of accidents at service stations in order to prepare the job scope, estimate the cost and process a work order for in-house repair or by third party contractors.
* Makes recommendations to General Maintenance Team Manager on any modifications, and improvements required on various equipments, installations, pipelines, etc. in service stations i.e., new constructions, replacement of under ground tanks or pipelines, development of basic plot plans and layouts, etc.
* Processes work orders, SPO's, SWO's and Invoices after completion of maintenance works (in-house or contracted) for all service Stations, Plants, Terminals, Depots and Vehicle Inspection Centres. Prepares total actual cost of works including manpower, equipment, spare parts, daily work activities, daily over time of craft men, monthly work orders report and submit to Maintenance Planning Section.
* Coordinates with Service station Supervisors and Maintenance team electrical/mechanical supervisors on the status of facility, preventive and repair work scheduling, Processing of Work Orders and Safety Work Permits.
* Assists and provides all necessary guidance and technical training to newly inducted Nationals as per Adnoc Distribution nationalization policy.
* To maintain records of all related assets at Adnoc Distribution facilities, process asset management requirements at Supervisor level which includes write-off applications, technical reports and evaluations etcAttends on call duty for any emergency calls from Supervisors of ADNOC Service Stations, Depot, Plant, Terminal and Vehicle Inspection Centres.
* Performs other related duties as and when instructed by immediate Supervisor.

Requirements

* Diploma (3 year in Civil Engineering)
* 10 years experience in Civil/MEP Maintenance of Service Stations or any oil & gas related fields with at least6 years in supervisory capacity.
* Working knowledge of computers(MS Office, maintenance software)Ability to draw and read isometric drawings.
* Good Knowledge of English (read/write/speak) and Arabic.
* Valid UAE driving license
