The RoleThe RoleAttractive Salary & benefits For a global leader in Architecture and Interior Design, employing over 400 professionals across the globe who work together to deliver architecture, interior design, planning and project coordination. The successful applicant will be WESTERN EDUCATED, a dedicated and ambitious individual with a wealth of international experience and a significant track record in the design of high-rise projects and leading brand hotels, as well as commercial & residential developments. You must demonstrate innovation, creativity and energy and the ability to translate clients' visions into cutting-edge designs. You must have excellent general management skills and should have managed an office employing 50+ staff with full responsiblity for P&L in addition to a successful track record in sourcing and winning new business. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe successful applicant will ideally be a British or Australian qualified Architect, with a minimum of 20 years international experience including the last 5 years as a General Manager or Managing Director, preferably in South East Asia. Applicants must be highly motivated and dynamic with a strong track record in general management and full responsibility for P&L. You must have multi-disciplined understanding of design and strong business development skills as you will be responsible for sourcing and winning new business. You must be highly motivated, a strong leader with impeccable communication, motivational and negotiation skills in addition to a passion for operational effectiveness. Please note this position is based in Bangkok, Thailand. |
