Job description / Role
- Operational and strategic responsibility for Car rental segment.
- Management of Profit & Loss for all rental divisions and variances reviews.
- Review revenue margins and identify growth opportunities.
- Discover business opportunities in government tenders, corporate accounts, individual leasing and spot rental.
- Quantify revenue stream, operating costs and estimated profits.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts.
- Aptitude to influence and lead.
- Plan & develop short/ long term goals and objectives.
- Support the management team to attain company standing and returns.
- Maintain a wide customer base and build healthy relationships with government bodies, industry peers, suppliers and key accounts.
- Develop Org structure & infrastructure required to achieve the desired growth.
- Plan the divisions future investments, infrastructure and manpower requirements.
- Set business KPIs and communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
- Build market intelligence on service levels, competition, pricing, promotional programs and fleet levels.
- Prepare annual budget, manpower plan, sales incentives & operational requirements.
- Creating cost-effective advertising programs and merchandising strategies.
- Coordinate regular meetings with line managers.
- Hiring management level positions and ensure covering all hiring gaps within business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree graduate / BA or similar (MBA or similar would be an added value).
- +10 years in-depth auto leasing & rental fields experience (senior management positions candidates would be plus) in Kuwait or GCC.
- Proven track record with recognizable Car Rental companies would be an added value.
- Possess a high professional skills/ creativity to create innovative paths to expand horizontally and vertically.
- Ability to over achieve the set goals.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Dynamic personality capable of persuasion.
- Strong leadership and organizational skill.
- Proficient in using MS office applications and other analytic softwares.
- Bilingual (Arabic Mother tongue), English fluency spoken and written is a must.
