Job description / Role
Reporting to the COO of the group and managing the entire company, the incumbent will:
• Carry for P&L responsibility
• Produce yearly business plan in line with overall business objective of the group
• Ensure realization of business objectives on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis
• Ensure implementing & executing of the plan
• Have hands-on day to day operation, gross profit, cash flow, inventory, brand equity etc……
• Manage direct reports effectively
• Ensure smooth relationship with supplier & ensure realization business objectives of the Franchise.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should come from automotive industry, has at least 20 years work experience with reputable & renowned firm within UAE market. The last five years should be in similar role or executive managerial role. He should demonstrate strength / knowledge / hands-on experience in Sales, Marketing, Inventory & Finance within automotive industry. In addition, he should be able to conduct industry related financial analysis and feasibility studies.
