Job description / Role
Should be able to handle comprehensive responsibility for setting up and running of a structural steel fabrication factory with an output capacity of at least 12,000 tons per year.
Should process in depth technical knowledge of steel fabrication works including but not limited to design, estimation, production and project management related to steel fabrication.
Incumbent will be dealing in Drawings, Commercial, Quality Control, Health & safety, Staffing, Administration, business Development, Strategic Management, Training & development, Finance & Revenue generation.
Should process sound commercial acumen in procurement of steel raw material from local and overseas markets.
Should have at least 10 years experience in working in factories of similar nature and capacity equipped with automated machinery particularly CNC based machinery.
Should possess market knowledge and existing client relationships in the UAE and GCC markets in the steel fabrication sector. Should able to develop and execute a sales strategy to sell 12,000 to 15,000 tons per year in the oilfield and construction sectors.
Should possess high level general management skills to organize operation and develop effective management and administrative systems required to run the factory.
Should possess sound people management skills to build an effective well motivated team.
Having a strong leadership personality with good communication skills.
Able to negotiate, finalize and run a multi million project contracts on behalf of the company.
Able to drive up sales and profits, and controlling costs.
Having good contacts with design engineers, fabricators, contracting companies and other clients.
Salary Ranges: AED 40K (tax free)

Requirements
Degree in Engineering Mechanical and an MBA from a reputed institution.
Able to run all companies departments (design, fabrication, operations, sales) and follow up in details on daily basis and reporting the same to owners.
