The Role


This is an outstanding opportunity to take ownership and responsibility for all support divisions a leading Omani bank.

There is ongoing expansion in the business and it needs a highly credible individual to take command of: Support Services, Strategy & Planning, IT, Human Resources, Corporate Communications & Marketing.

Managing a function with over 100 people and setting strategic objectives to increase efficiency, ensure the resources are employed appropriately, supporting the CEO in the achieving both long and short term business objectives.

Requirements


Requirements


Minimum 15 years experience in back office functions of a bank.
At least 10 years experience of people management within a bank.
Strong operations knowledge.
Experience of strategic planning and managing multiple departments.
Strong project and change skills.
Strong communication, management and leadership skills.
