A large automotive conglomerate headquartered in Dubai, is seeking to recruit a General Manager ( Dealerships) to generate new brand awareness, increase sales and revenue and to expand the brand strategy.
They began their operations in the Automobile sector in the early part of the century and in less than 8 years they have emerged as a well-recognized and trusted company in the Transportation industry. Having its presence in over 18 countries, this company has also expanded its operations to other parts of Middle East and South-East Asian countries.

• Get new brand up and running
• Improvement dealership strategies
• Restructuring team if sees fit
• Teach and guide existing management were possible
• Generate great CSI
• Reporting to CEO
• Staff retention and hiring
• Increase sales and revenue through dealerships

Requirements

To be considered for this role:

• Must have Business administration degree/Bachelors
• Must have automotive qualifications in Commercial and passenger car
• Be capable of Strategic planning
• Have marketing experience in order to launch a new brand to the region
• Must have GCC automotive market knowledge
• Minimum 15 years’ experience
• Must be adaptable
• Have accountability
• Deal with pressure situations
• Be courageous
• A details person
• Authoritative
• Thrives on a new challenge
• Knowledge of English and Arabic would be considered an asset
