Employment: Full Time

Salary: AED 75,000 plus Bonus and Benefits

A highly strategic, innovative and forward-thinking GM is required to project manage and open a luxury Concept Childrens focused Department Store, based in Dubai. Responsible for the Planning and Management of the operation, you will be responsible for opening a one of a kind Department Store focused on childrenswear, toys, interactive play centre and restaurant.

The successful candidate will:
- Provide leadership and vision to the project. Set up and manage the opening, design, build, recruitment, buying and marketing of the Department Store.
- Design and develop the strategic short, mid and long term business plan.
- Ensure long term financial viability of the Department Store. Set goals for each division and ensure successful completion.
- Establish operational rules and regulations.
- Identify and action new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage company resources in line with budget guidelines.
- Oversee content, production and distribution of all marketing materials.
- Set the standard for company culture and ensure the coaching and development of your work force.
- Ensure the continued growth, development and successful achievement of the Department Store.

Requirements

- Proven Senior Leadership experience within a Department Store environment.
- Experience in being part of retail opening team.
- Experience in setting budgets, strategic direction and managing the P&L.
- Inspirational leader.
