RequirementsRequirementsThis is a key role for our client, and they will not consider any candidates who do not meet all of the following criteria: - Full understanding of Facilities Management, including both hard and soft services - Operational Facilities Management experience - Recent experience in a role incorporating full Profit and Loss responsibility is essential, you must be able to demonstrate this - Previous business development experience is needed, and you must be able to demonstrate the ability to win and retain new and existing clients respectively - The ability to run a country wide operation is clearly needed for this role, and as such you will need to be able to demonstrate the same This is a key role for our client. They are not interested in recruiting a candidate seeking their first managerial appointment, they require a proven high calibre senior level executive capable of making a seamless transition and immediate impact in a demanding and challenging environment.
