General Manager - Finance

Job description / Role

Looking for General Manager - Finance with experience in manufacturing/ trading industry.

- Developing a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.
- Handling the companys finance and accounts operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
- Providing financial and accounting advice, direction and leadership.
- Planning, developing, and implementing strategies for generating resources and revenues for the company.
- Approving company operational procedures, policies and standards.
- Reviewing activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
-Preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Report and Present it to Chairman with Analytical Reviews.
-Forming Subsidiaries in different Emirates with diversified activities.
-Liaising with banks, financial institutions for -Enhancing bank facilities to meet growing requirements of the group through term loans, L/Cs facilities T.Rs Etc.
- Performance analysis with budget forecast and reporting the variances highlighting the exceptional areas that needs managements attention.
- Reviewing the pricing decision, credit policies, Payroll Approval. Customer payment follow-ups.
- Monitoring the cash flow and ensuring optimum allocation of funds to various units focusing on short/ long term objective of the organisations.
- Review of project contracts and appraisal of financial implications and negotiate for better terms.
- Monitoring the audit process and ensuring timely completion of annual financial audit and Finalisation of Audit.

Requirements

- Candidate should have experience in Manufacturing/ trading industry
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Should have 10 plus years of experience in industry
- Candidate should be on same role or similar role.
