Group Administration and Services Department (GASD) is the centralised unit responsible for Al-Futtaim's administrative services and archiving, handled by the Administration and Archiving department; business trade license registration, handled by the Corporate Registration department; employment and entry visas, handled by the Government Relations department; and employee housing, handled by the Group Housing Department.
GASD provides a central point of liaison between Al-Futtaim's business units, employees and the UAE Government, its aim to smooth workflow and to provide high quality services for all, in conformity with group policies and governmental regulations.

This senior role reports directly to the Head of HR, Administration and Localisation in GCC.

Requirements

The position is open to Emirati citizens over 35 years old, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. A Master's degree in the same speciality would be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years' experience in human resources/administration within a multi-sector company, and be fully conversant in the UAE Government's Directorates and Ministries' current employment related laws and transactions including the Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Economy, and the other government directorates in the UAE. Candidates should possess the proven ability to lead a team of over 40 employees.

Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English is necessary to the role. Broad computer skills alongside working experience in management information software will be considered a valued addition to the applicant's qualifications.
