Job description / Role
Controlling Projects and Maintenance activities across GCC for the Group with Expertise in Retail Design, Planning, Budgeting & Execution of projects.
Working to and Delivering against Agreed Deadlines is a Key Component Skill required of the Individual.
Requirements
12+ years as a senior management experience
Retail Industry experience in the areas of store refurbishment, fit outs, facilities and maintenance of stores , liaison with Mall Management, Municipality and Government bodies like civil defense
Familiar with retail store concepts, design and able to use Autocad and familiar with estimation and project scheduling and costing.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and team-building skills.
Proven organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Enthusiasm and a desire to succeed and advance within the company.
Entrepreneurial inclination to be able to treat business as if owned.
Bachelor of Architecture or Civil Engineer
Autocad, MS projects and Office automation software
