A leading Group are currently looking for a GM of HR for their Corporate Head Office to oversee their 3 different businesses.

Act as an advisor to Senior Leadership on all Human Capital Management issues;

- Organizational Development
- Employee Relations
- Business Partnering
- HRIS evaluations
- HR policies
- Hiring Process
- Change Management

Requirements

- Degree Qualified
- Ideally HR Qualification
- Minimum of 10 years experience in HR
- 5 years Generalist experience
- Industry experience in IT/Manufacturing/Logistics beneficial
- Group level exposure
- Must be based in the UAE

Package: 45,000 - 50,000 AED/month + Standard Benefits
