General Manager - High Rise - Civil - Contractor - Qatar
Salary: Competitive + Car allowance + Family Medical + Family Tickets
Project: Contractor
Our client is looking for an experienced general manager to be based in their Doha office. They are specializing in a variety of Infrastructure and Construction markets ranging from Roads & Highways to High Rise Buildings. The General Manager would be responsible for large commercial civil buildings & high-rise buildings.
The most suitable General Manager will experience with similar projects and have a Civil Engineering background with at least 10 years of solid experience leading a construction company.
Duties:
- Provide liaison between the Association and Management Corporation
- Calculating cost estimates, budgets and schedules
- Selecting appropriate construction methods for the job and budget
- Supervising construction personnel and activities onsite
- Hiring and training workers and subcontractors, as well as making sure the project meets all building and safety codes
Requirements
