Job description / Role
General Manager - Independent Restaurant Group, excellent tax free package
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an entrepreneurial, creative General Manager to join a new restaurant group in Dubai.
Reporting to the Board of Directors & leading a small, but dedicated team the General Manager is responsible for guiding the concept development of new in-house brands, building systems & processes; developing existing concepts & ensuring continued growth. A very strong sense of business is required to assist in developing marketing plans, growth plans, and new concepts.
Requirements
The successful candidate will come from an independent restaurant background rather than hotels & be use to working autonomously as well as in an international team.
You will have a minimum of 5 years restaurant management experience with pre-openings in the UAE alongside international experience. You will be a creative person who is financially astute, can represent the Board at meetings & be the face of the brands.
